Miseria Visage - Release Plans!

Having already revealed the first demo single 'Offering', Miseria Visage is already moving on to greater things with an EP release now being recorded. 

'Vanish into Dark' will be available in both CD and download format. Fans who pledge their alligence by buying the CD will be rewarded with an additional song, making this a five track EP!

No release date has yet been set, but expect 'Vanish into Dark' to arrive around January 2013, until then - check out the debut song 'Offering', and don't forget to go and like new Miseria Visage Facebook page ..

We are proud to welcome Miseria Visage to the label!

Miseria Visage is a symphonic black metal project with a difference. While not being afraid to experiment with neo-classical guitar melodies and orchestration, furious black metal vocals and punishing blast beats keep this music firmly in a cold, dark realm of its own. The project creates music around the 'Face of Misery' concept, with 'Visage' representing the face or the self, and 'Miseria' - the Latin word for Misery.

Miseria Visage's first demo single 'Offering' is available now as a free download from the Three Rooks Bandcamp, complete with artwork and liner notes! Also, look forward to a debut EP scheduled for 2013, the work-in-progress song from this release 'Vanish into Dark' can be heard on our Soundcloud page.

Dark developments - what our artists are up to ..

The creator of Mourning Hours has been busy with a new 2-man project, this time melodic black metal with a touch of folk influences known as 'Monarchy of Death', certainly worth checking out their facebook page. I'm looking forward to hearing the vocal versions of their demo tracks. They have promised a set of demo songs will be ready by the end of the winter!

Bolverk of Bergelmir is currently working on recording songs for the upcoming EP 'Infernal Solitude', with the current focus being a song entitled 'Caught up in a world of black despair', scheduled for around the end of the month, this EP is one not to miss for all fans of dark, cold, atmospheric sounds.





Morodh are getting ready to release their split EP 'Lost in Life', the exact date of the release will soon be announced, don't forget this will be available in both digital format (from us) and in tape form from Russian label 'Dark East Productions'!

New artist announcement - Bergelmir

We are pleased to welcome a new artist to our label, in the form of Bergelmir, a new one-man project from Texas, USA! Named after one of the Frost Giants from Nordic mythology, Bergelmir has a suitably cold sound, evoking barren atmospheres with minimal production. This is raw depressive black metal.

Bergelmir is the creation of Bolverk (all instruments & vocals), the debut EP 'Infernal Solitude'  will soon be ready, while you wait, we recommend checking out the first song 'Niflheim' on youtube!

News from the studio & Free track!!

It's done! We have finally finished the recording and production of the Koboloris debut EP, just in time to do some promotion before the release date of August 31st. In our last session we finished off the very last track on the EP, nailing some intricate bass parts and utterly dark vocals on what is the fastest and most heavy sounding of all the songs.
